Hello ,
"It is a terrible thing to see and have no vision. Helen Keller
What a potent quote from a woman who knew all about struggle, and yet overcame incredible odds. Helen Keller finally came to a place in
life where she could appreciate the adventures that presented themselves to her...despite her blindness... and, it took vision! Not the kind of physical vision that we might think of, but the kind of vision that sees past the norm, and embraces something deeper, higher, and larger than we might have ever thought possible.
The
spiritual life needs vision!
What if some of the spiritual boundaries that we may have placed upon God didn't actually exist in the ways that we have come to understand them? What if there was a deeper experience with Him than we may have ever before realized? What if our "normal" is just that....normal?
"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," declares the LORD." Isaiah 55:8 ASV
Is it possible that there are things in
your life (and in my own), that God wants desperately to show us...but we are not ready to receive those things? Could it be, that God has an amazing vision for your life that is wider, deeper, higher, and larger than you may have ever thought possible?
Let me challenge you to think engagingly about these questions today.
Have a great day and God bless!
