Have you ever really messed something up? Has there ever been a time in your life when you were certain that what you were doing was right, only to discover later that it was completely wrong?
I have. I'm not sure that I totally agree with the above quote, but I can certainly relate
with the "done badly" portion of it. :) I can also agree with the idea that if we are honest with ourselves, that we can take something that we have messed up and allow God to turn it around for His honor and glory.
Christ is so certain that He can help anyone who comes to Him, that he lays out a rather powerful invitation and
promise. Read about it in Matthew 11:28-30
We don't have lives without mistakes,
blunders, or blowing it. We can however turn it over to the One who specializes in taking us by the hand and leading us down the road to a better life.
It's a wonderful promise, and a great comfort to know that Jesus loves us that much!
