The picture attached to this e-Devotional is one that I snapped out the window from where I
write The Open Word e-Devotionals. If this shot looks cold, it's an accurate picture. We've had strong winds blowing around here, and the temperature has plummeted in our neck of the woods.
The birds seem unconcerned!
You may notice in the picture, that there are birds flitting around the ground. I have multiple bird-feeders around our property and I love to watch them through our window when the weather is too cold to venture
outside. They seem perfectly content to hop around, and eat the food that God provided for them.
Do you sometimes worry?
If so, join the club. I do too. I want to trust God deeper more though, and I've been asking Him to help me to walk with Him in an even deeper relationship. When it comes to trusting Him, I want to be more like the little birds that I see hopping around in our front yard.
