Hello ,
I just wanted to share a quick testimony from an Open Word e-Devotional subscriber named Greg Soules who has
been a good friend of mine for many years. I recently sent out a stack of 10 Peace Cards (like the one you see in the picture above) to more than 50 Open Word e-Devotional subscribers.
I sent some to Greg as well...but I sent him a larger stack because Greg is the kind of person that knows SO MANY people in his area.
He has been faithfully witnessing to others for years, and 10 cards wouldn't last very long for him. Many, subscribers to the Open Word e-Devotionals are on the list because of Greg's willingness to share God's love with them.
I received a short note from Greg, and the Holy Spirit is already blessing his efforts with these little
"Peace Cards." He gave me permission to share this little testimony with you:
Good morning Pastor,
I handed out the first Peace card the other day. The checkout lady at the hardware store. She teared up and said she really needed the card. I saw her the next day and she
was doing much better.

My eyes filled up with tears as I read this small testimony from my faithful friend; and I was reminded once again that it is THIS kind of interaction with others that will reach people for God's kingdom. It's difficult to argue with love, kindness, and concern for those that we come in
contact with every day. God's love displayed through us is the most wonderful asset that we have at our disposal.
If you have recently received a stack of "Peace Cards" from me, I wanted to encourage you with this little story. If you have requested them from me, and you haven't
received them, I will send them your way after I return next week from an extended Men's Ministry outreach that I am a part of.
If you haven't received them or are unable to participate, may I solicit your prayers for those who are distributing these little cards? God has so many children out there who desperately need
to know that He loves them with an everlasting love. Your prayers make a difference!
