Hello ,
A few weeks ago, you may remember that I asked for special prayer for my friend Jerry who was really struggling with his health. (That's him in the picture above). This afternoon I received word that Jerry has lost his health battle and passed to his rest.
I am asking each member of The Open Word subscriber family to lift Jerry's family in prayer today, and through the coming days ahead. Jerry was one of the Elders in the church where I pastor, and my heart is very heavy today. He was one of those people who was kind and decent to everyone that he met. He was a fantastic friend and neighbor to so many.
Thanks for lifting Jerry's family heavenward today.
