Hello ,
Read the following quote from Helen Keller very carefully:
"I have often thought it would be a blessing
if each human being were stricken blind and deaf for a few days at some time during his early adult life. It would make him more appreciative of sight and the joys of sound."
I love music, and Ms. Keller's quote hit me especially hard when I first read it. I asked myself the following questions: "What if I
couldn't hear the rich harmonies, and amazing tones of a good song? What if I couldn't watch my children as they learn to play the guitar?"
We humans can be a forgetful lot. We often don't appreciate what we have until we no longer have it. Let's remember today that God is the giver of all good gifts, large and small.
