Hello
,
It began a week ago last Friday when the front of my shin on my left leg felt a warm and tingling sensation. That sensation moved up my left side, and by Saturday morning my left arm and shoulder were tingling as well.
I was supposed to be preaching over the weekend, but I was advised to go to the emergency room, because what I was experiencing could possibly be a T.I.A. (transient ischemic attack)...a possible "mini-stroke."
This past week I have been in and out of doctor's appointments, have received a CT Scan, blood-work, and an MRI yesterday. At this point, all the tests have come back negative, but I am still waiting on the results from the MRI.
Would you please lift me up in prayer?
I have so many people who have been lifting me up in prayer. Perhaps you have already heard about this situation, and you have been praying. Thank-you! If you haven't heard about it, I apologize for the delay. I haven't been feeling "up to snuff," and have struggled with getting the word out like I
should.
In the meantime, I will continue to send out The Open Word e-Devotional into the foreseeable future. Your prayers for my personal health, and for the health of this small ministry that reaches so many are worth a great deal to me. Please encourage your friends and family to visit our website. They can also subscribe to receive The Open Word Daily e-Devotional for FREE on the website.
Thank-you for being a loyal Open Word family member. I truly do
appreciate you, and I will lift up any prayer requests that you might have as well. Just let me know what they are. I believe in the power of prayer, and I thank you in advance for lifting my health heavenward!
Warmest
Regards,
