Take a moment to stop today!
Just stop what you're doing, take 10 deep breaths, and think about how much God really loves you. Put aside your anxieties for just few moments and concentrate on the love of God.

It's a fairly simple exercise, but one that we don't do enough. Try it for a few days in a row, and see how much better it makes you feel!
