Hello ,
“The Lord bless you and keep you;
The Lord make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The Lord lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.” Numbers 6:24-26
Today, my wife's mother will board a jet in the Northeast, make one stop in Chicago, and we'll pick her up at around 6 tomorrow evening.
It'll be good to see her again (it's been 2 years), and since the pandemic, we haven't had an opportunity to be in each other's company.
The quarantines, and the struggles that have accompanied them have really been incredibly challenging to most people that I know.
Being in isolation reminds us that nothing in this life is permanent, and that only a relationship with Jesus Christ can take us through the lonely times with peace in our hearts.
