Today, I would like to do something a little bit different with you. We call this daily e-Devotional The Open Word. I would like to challenge you to open God's Holy Word today, and read Matthew chapter 9.
Yes, please read the entire chapter. When you are finished, please consider the following questions:
- What thematic elements do you see in this chapter regarding our responsibilities as Christians?
- Is the God of Matthew chapter 9 still the same today as He was back then? If so, what does that imply to us about our role in the world?
