It is being slated as THE most watched advertisement EVER! The Dove soap company has struck a chord with women everywhere in a commercial that talks about personal perceptions about the way we THINK that we look, and the perceptions of others, and they way that they ACTUALLY see us.
"I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well." Psalm 139:14
It's not boasting to praise God for creating us, and it's not a stretch to say that we are pretty amazing creatures. For some of us, it's high time to praise God for WHO He has made, rather than lamenting that WHO He made isn't good enough.
Thank-you Lord for creating me. Help me not to take it for granted, and help me to be content with who You made me to be, and to see the beauty in that. In Jesus name, amen!
