Hello ,
A happy Monday to you! I remember a song from the 1970's by Richard and Karen Carpenter entitled "Rainy Days and Monday's Always Get Me Down." Perhaps you've heard it before. It resonated with so many people, because Mondays can feel kind of rough after a weekend of relaxation and spending time with family.
I won't pre-suppose that I can say anything that can help people that struggle with Monday, but we CAN be locked into an understanding that God loves us, and that we're important to Him...even on Mondays.
Today, if you are feeling a bit defeated, let me urge you to get out your Bible (or a digital device that has a Bible on it,) and look up Romans 8:37-39. Most of the time I give you the scripture on this e-devotional, (or a link to it,) but today I want to challenge you to actually look up the passage and let a smile come across your face as you read it for yourself.
