Comfort and Christianity often don't go in the same sentence. In fact, if our brand of Christianity is extremely comfortable, that's usually an indication that something is horribly wrong.
Question to ask yourself: Am I comfortable?
An honest, searching assessment can help us to focus on how deeply we are connected. We should live in the assurance of God's promises, but the Christian life is definitely not a place without challenges, struggles, and trials. May God lead us, as we follow His path into the kingdom!
