Hello ,
Before David wore a crown, he tended sheep. Before Joseph ruled Egypt, he endured betrayal and prison.
Scripture consistently shows that promotion follows preparation.
Jesus teaches,
“He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much” (Luke 16:10).
Faithfulness precedes expansion.
Peter adds, “Humble yourselves therefore
under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time” (1 Peter 5:6).
God controls timing.
Humility prepares the
foundation.
Purpose unfolds through obedience, not urgency. As a new year approaches, God often invites faithfulness in what is already assigned. Preparation is rarely glamorous, but it is essential.
What feels slow is
not wasted.
God is always working below the surface.
