It's not just an invitation, it's the command of a loving God who knows what is good for us! You can find that command in the 10 Commandments, and it's worth a look at any time.
Before the new year arrives, let me challenge you to make the commitment to rest. Schedule it into your week, every week. You'll be glad you did!
