Hello ,

On May 19th (just 2 weeks after my heart-attack), my wife Roberta stood at my hospital bedside. She softly said, "Mike, you need to listen to this song!"  She placed ear-phones in my ears, and I could hardly believe what I heard. It was like God was speaking directly to me.

To say that I wasn't physically, mentally, and emotionally suffering at this time would be a lie. I was still hanging between life and death that evening. I wasn't even on the transplant list yet, we didn't know if I could get on the transplant list (because insurance had to approve it), and it was "touch and go."

This song buoyed my spirits, and caused me to meditate on the power of God during the darkest moments of my life. 

If you are able to listen to this song "You Already Know,"  please take note of the lyrics that speak about 2 weeks. It had been 2 weeks since my heart attack while I was listening to this song, and those words sank deeply into my heart.

Whatever you're going through today; whether it's a health issue, an unfortunate circumstance with someone you love, or the loss of someone close to you, please keep in mind that we have a Creator Who knows the end from the beginning. He loves you with an everlasting love, and He understands your human frailty. 

Take courage. 

He already knows.
