Hello ,

And again He entered Capernaum after some days, and it was heard that He was in the house. Immediately many gathered together, so that there was no longer room to receive them, not even near the door. And He preached the word to them.

Mark 2:1-2

Wouldn't you have loved to have heard Jesus preach? It's something that I have always wanted to do. All through the gospels, we can listen to the words of Jesus as He gave unique perspectives on heavenly truths through parables, stories, and straight words that sunk deeply into the hearts of the listeners. 

Listening to the words of Jesus is still the best way to learn about ourselves, the world around us, and the truth about the kingdom of God. 

Tomorrow, we'll dig into the "meat" of this fascinating story (but for now), let's remember that Jesus can be trusted to bring the truth into our lives, and that's He's intimately interested in our eternal welfare.
