Hello ,
The picture in today's devotional is a live shot of Bismarck, ND on April 12th, during the blizzard that they have been experiencing. I want you to notice something; you can hardly see anything because of the snow. Very little is visible because that white stuff is coming down so hard.
“Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” Isaiah 1:18
The ground in Bismarck is completely covered with this clean, white substance. Every time I see flakes of snow, I am reminded that when I bring my past sins and hurt to Jesus, that He has promised to do for me, and in me, that which I could never do for myself.
I'll be grateful when winter is finally behind us, but I'm thankful for the continual reminders that snowstorms can bring into my heart about the love of Jesus.
Have a great day and God bless!
