Theologian Michael Horton shares the following:
"The gospel is not good instruction, not a good idea, and not good advice. The gospel is an announcement of what God has done for us in Jesus Christ."
Please don't lose the information that he is attempting to share in this statement. We cannot add
anything to God's gift. Christ wasn't sent to merely "inform" us? He was sent to save us!
