Hello ,
We are so accustomed to a "quid pro quo" view of love in this world, that we often struggle to recognize that God doesn't merely go through the ACT of loving us.
God IS love!
It's Who He
is...it describes His character, and takes us into a realm that we do not fully and completely comprehend.
- Whatever you do today...God will love you.
- If you blow it, and make a huge mistake...His love for you won't
end.
- Your salvation is not based on your performance, but on His ability to save you.
God IS love!
That idea causes me to want to get even closer to Him, and to invite His personal presence into my life.
Heavenly Father, let me feel Your loving presence in my life today, and give me the opportunity to be a vessel of Your amazing love that is carried to someone else. Amen.
