Hello ,
The results of the test are in...and I got an answer to prayer about the Open Word Audio Podcast Devotional. Let me share a quick story because it strengthened my faith.
A few weeks ago, you may recall that I sent out a short e-mail to ask you if you would want to receive podcast links for audio devotionals. Some of you said that you wouldn't listen to them, others said that you would rather just read the daily e-Devotionals, and still others shared with me that you struggle with the technology of pod-casts, and wouldn't even know how to listen to
them.
Overwhelmingly though, many, many of you subscribers told me that you would listen to audio devotionals like this if they were available. A great number of you told me that you had listened to the three test clips that I ran...and you liked them. But the real test came after I received all the feedback, with a
question that I asked of God: "Lord, do YOU want me to launch this pod-cast?"
I didn't know what to do, and I knew I couldn't financially afford to put the podcast into play if God didn't want it to happen...and so I prayed!
I simply shared the following with my Heavenly Father: "Lord, you know that I can't afford to make this pod-cast happen, and I don't even want to move forward with it if that's not in Your plan. If you want me to launch this pod-cast ministry, I'm not going to tell anyone about it...just impress someone, and see that I
receive the funds to make it happen, and I'll take that as a "Yes" from You. If not, I'm O.K. with Your answer."
Honestly, I have more than enough to do, and launching one more thing wasn't something that HAD to happen.
God spoke!
The finances to pay for this audio ministry came in today, and I believe God spoke loud and clear that He wants me to move this audio ministry forward...and so, I am going to launch it like I promised to
do.

uploaded and is ready to listen.
There's nothing to purchase...and if you don't wish to participate, simply do nothing, and keep enjoying The Open Word Daily e-Devotionals as you always have. If you have an iTunes account, you can actually access this podcast through that as well. Whatever you choose, I just wanted
